1. Return Policy

Here is the brief of Trendyalien’s Return policy.

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within **18 days** of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be mismatched (wrong product) or defective, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

You Have To Follow These Steps To Eligible For a Return.

  • Make a 360 view video of package first before unboxing our product.
  • Then send a request for a return.
  • Pay the usual return charges.
  • Now our shipment partner will take the package.

Note: If you don't have the 360 video of our product before unboxing then you cannot be eligible to claim the refund.

Note: In case of color or size issues, you can exchange the product with us as the return is not available for the size or color problem.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • – Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • – Gift cards
  • – Undergarments and swimwear
  • – Personalized or customized items
  • – Size problem of product.
  • – The color problem of the product.

Note: In Case of an inappropriate color or size you can exchange the product with us as return is not available.

1.3 Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
  • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Normal courier charges will apply & our shipment partner will take the package from your address.

 1.4 Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within **5-7 business days**. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.

 2. Exchange Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Exchanges

You may request an exchange within **18 days** of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

2.2 Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
  • Clearly mark the EA number on the outside of the package.
  • Normal courier charges will apply & our shipment partner will take the package from your address.

Note: The Courier Charges Will Paid From The Customer Ends

2.3 Exchange Options

You can choose to exchange for a different size, color, or a completely different item. If the new item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If it is of lower value, we will issue a store credit for the remaining amount.
